I took my daughter for a consult to get braces. Everything was explained thoroughly. The price of the treatment was affordable and they were able to work with us regarding payment plan. Then my daughter was able to get her braces the same day. I’m glad we picked this place for a consult.

The orthodontic technicians seem knowledgeable and have done a good job with my braces. I’m not a dentist, so I can only speak from my experience as a patient, but I’ve been satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, the customer service at the Linden location is a different story. It often feels disorganized and understaffed. During my most recent visit, one employee was trying to check in patients, answer the phones, and assist new clients all by herself. The front desk experience was confusing and unprofessional, and it gave the impression that there isn’t enough training or support for the staff. The clinical team deserves credit, but the front office could benefit from better staffing, organization, and customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Diamond Braces! From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, professional, and comfortable for my son, Troy. Special thanks to Dr. Ramasamy for her expertise and attentive care—she was fantastic every step of the way. The assistants, Nana and Dorota, were always friendly, patient, and supportive. They really helped Troy feel at ease during each visit. And a big thank you to Sherry as well for her warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our time there. Everyone at Diamond Braces went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Highly recommend!
